You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

The Platform displays data sourced from third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. DeltaPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the practices of any exchange listed on the Platform.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or availability of linked sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting third-party exchanges is done at your own risk.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
