When you create an account or use DeltaPulse we may collect:

• Account data — email address, username, hashed password.
• OAuth identifiers — when you connect GitHub: GitHub user ID, login and avatar URL.
• Session data — a session cookie used to keep you signed in.
• Technical data — IP address, user agent and request timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect bank details, exchange API keys, or trading wallet information.

• To create and maintain your account.
• To deliver Platform features (analytics, alerts, account settings).
• To send transactional email (verification, password reset, security notices).
• To detect, investigate and prevent abuse, fraud and policy violations.
• To meet legal obligations.

We use a session cookie (SESSION) for authentication and a small UI cookie (auth) so the application can render protected pages without an extra round-trip. Both are HttpOnly and not accessible to JavaScript.

We integrate with third-party services for sign-in (e.g., GitHub OAuth) and may rely on infrastructure providers for hosting and email delivery. These providers process limited personal data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time; technical logs may be retained for a limited period for security and legal compliance.

We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, hashed passwords, scoped session cookies) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong unique password and notify us immediately of any suspicious activity on your account.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Export your account data in a portable format.

DeltaPulse is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of DeltaPulse after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
